HOW TO ORDER

At present you can only order certain sizes for the canvas prints through our website. These can be found on the Buy Canvas Print page. If the size you require is not listed here, you will need to email us at sales@4memories.co.uk with your requirements.  We require the following information as standard:

1) Delivery address and contract email address.

2) Preferred method of payment ie. paypal, personal cheque, BACS (online bank transfer), postal order.

To order your photo as a canvas print:

1) The size you would like along with the depth of frame (if required)  and any special instructions ie. black and white finish, blurring of backgrounds or any other changes you require.

2) Attach the image preferably in JPEG format. If the file size is too large then you can use an online service such as www.yousendit.com which is free. Just notify us that your image has been sent through this. 

3) We will check your image and instructions to ensure they can be carried out. An invoice/ request for payment will  then be emailed to you. If there are any issues arising from the image or instructions we will inform you before sending the invoice.

4) On receipt of payment, our designers will then begin work on producing your canvas print. We will keep you informed of the progress and email you a digital format for you to confirm you are happy with it before it goes to final print.

To order a banner or poster:

1) The size required indicated by the code. This will not apply for personalised banners.

2) Instructions for text and colours especially if you would like to match the banner with your other decorations or any themes you may have.  For personalised banners, information such as a person's favourite hobbies or pastimes are particularly helpful especially for birthday banners.

3) Photos or other images if required to be attached preferably in JPEG format.

4) An invoice/request for payment will then be emailed. If there are any issues arising from your instructions we will inform you before sending the invoice.

5) On receipt of payment, our designers will then begin work on some designs for personalised banners. These will be  emailed to you as a digital format for you to choose your preferred one. These are by no means final designs and changes can still be made. Only when you are completely happy will your banner be printed. 

6) Pre-designed banners that require text or colour changes will be emailed to you to ensure you are happy before they are printed.

To order a canvas painting or a canvas print from our gallery:

1) The size and design required indicated by the code. 

2) An invoice/request for payment will then be emailed to you. On receipt of payment, your painting or print will then be produced. We will advise you of the approximate time it will take to send your order.
